Aaron is an engineer with years of experience working and managing projects in the Defense and Energy sector. He was motivated to further STEM studies and close the achievement gap through education. Aaron has been fortunate to collaborate with a team of specialists, interventionists, data coaches and teachers to create solutions to help teachers efficiently diagnose student performance data to understand and use in instruction. Aaron is dedicated to upholding our company values and delivering the greatest possible experience to students, teachers, schools, and districts.

Mehul brings over 10 years of experience in instruction and academic data analysis to Intervene. He has spent his career focusing on helping teachers use data to inform instructional planning. As a child of immigrants, Mehul deeply understands the challenges ELL students face in standardized testing. He believes in pinpointing foundational gaps that students have and growing students from there - the same principles that Intervene was built on.
